This is your very first class. No prior experience required. We’ll cover basic movement, terminology, and safety.

For students who have taken a few classes and are comfortable with foundational skills and concepts.

Builds on beginner foundations with more structured technique, strength, and combinations.

A bridge level for students who are confident in L1 skills and ready for more challenge, but not quite at an advanced level. Comfortable in Knee Hangs,Inverts, Jasmine, Various grips including forearem grip,spilit grip, armpit grip, and knee grips.

Open to multiple experience levels, with options and variations offered so students can work at their own pace.
