Solo practice rentals are for 1-2 people

The small group rental package is for 3-4 people

Photoshoots & Video Sessions

Up to 3 people 

$95 per hour, with 2-hour rental time minimum

1-3 PEOPLE / 120MIN
+$15 PER ADDITIONAL HOUR

Community & Movement Events

For dance classes, workshops, group training, creative meetings, and community gatherings up to 10 people.

$95 per hour

4-hour package: $300 ($75/hour)
8-hour package: $520 ($65/hour)

Packages include:
Space for movement-based events (dance, aerial, pole, yoga, etc.)
Space for community gatherings (meetups, creative talks, wellness events, etc.)

Extra guests: $20/per person (up to 20 max)

Note: Not available for private parties, or non-community social events. Must provide own insurance.

Please Note: Cameras are in the studio for ensuring the space in cleared at the end of the scheduled time. Staying longer than 15 minutes past your scheduled rental period will result in being charged for an extra full additional hour. This additional charge also applies towards bringing in unauthorized guests.
