I am voluntarily participating in a private studio rental at Indigo Studios. I understand that this rental provides access to studio space and equipment without instruction, supervision, coaching, or spotting, unless expressly stated in writing.

I acknowledge that activities including pole dance, aerial arts, floorwork, and movement practices involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, fractures, collisions, and equipment failure. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, related to my participation and presence at the Studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Indigo Studios, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims or liabilities, including those arising from ordinary negligence, related to my participation in a private studio rental or my presence on the premises.

I represent that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in movement-based activities and have no condition that would prevent safe participation. I agree to stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Occupancy: Studio use is limited to the number of participants included in the booking. Additional attendees are not permitted without prior approval.

Time: Rentals are limited to the reserved time. Use of the space more than 10 minutes past the booking may result in an additional hourly charge.

Cleanliness: The space must be left in its original condition. All equipment must be returned, and lights and speakers turned off. Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive mess.

All individuals entering the Studio must have a completed liability waiver and media release on file, regardless of who booked the rental.

If I am organizing a group session or event, I agree to share Indigo Studios’ policies and waiver requirements with all attendees. All participants are considered to have agreed to these terms by entering the Studio.

I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using the Studio. Indigo Studios reserves the right to deny access to anyone appearing impaired or violating studio policies.

For the safety and security of participants and the Studio, Indigo Studios uses video surveillance cameras in common areas of the studio. These cameras are not used in bathrooms.

By entering the Studio, I acknowledge and consent to being recorded by video for safety, security, and operational purposes.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Illinois.

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement carefully, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
