This is your very first class. No prior experience required. We’ll cover basic movement, terminology, and safety.

For students who have taken a few classes and are comfortable with foundational skills and concepts.

Builds on beginner foundations with more structured technique, strength, and combinations.

A bridge level for students who are confident in L1 skills and ready for more challenge, but not quite at an advanced level. Comfortable in Knee Hangs,Inverts, Jasmine, Various grips including forearem grip,spilit grip, armpit grip, and knee grips.

Open to multiple experience levels, with options and variations offered so students can work at their own pace.

Intro to Pole - Super Beginner
POLE CLASS
Start your pole journey here! This beginner-friendly class covers basic grips, alignment, foundational moves, and spins at a comfortable pace. Enjoy conditioning, pole techniques, a group dance, and a relaxing cool-down. After 2–3 sessions, you’ll be ready for beginner-level classes. Wear shorts, a tank or sports bra, and optional kneepads or legwarmers. Heels are encouraged for experienced students (6”+ exotic stilettos).

Beginner Foundations (Teacher-In-Training Led) - Super Beginner
A beginner-friendly class for those new to pole or returning to the basics. This class is led by a Teacher-in-Training and follows Indigo Studios’ teaching standards with a focus on safety, clear instruction, and foundational movement. Expect a slower pace, detailed breakdowns, and a supportive environment to build confidence and skills. Perfect for brand new students or anyone wanting extra guidance.

Twerk & Twirl - Super Beginner/Beginner/All levels
Bounce, spin, and let it all shake out. This high energy class combines the fierce, rhythmic movement of twerk with the playful spins and transitions of pole dance without taking ourselves too seriously. You’ll learn how to isolate, pop, and roll your hips while weaving in twirls and dynamic floorwork that celebrate your power and presence.

Spin Pole - Mixed Level
This class focuses on mastering the art of spinning on the pole, working on smooth transitions between static and spinning modes. You’ll practice fluid entrances, exits, and short combinations that flow gracefully as you move around the pole. Class includes conditioning, pole work, a group dance, and a cool-down with dynamic stretches. This class is for those with a strong pole climb + pole sit-building on your existing skills and adding fluidity to your spins.

Low Flow Choreography - Mixed Level
Mixed Level Class. Expolore the art of grounded, sensual movement in this Low Flow Class. This class focuses on basework, fluid transitions, and mesmerizing floorwork, keeping your body close to the ground. You’ll learn to roll, pivot, and gracefully transition between movements, with advanced variations like shoulder rolls as you progress. Perfect for those looking to refine their flow and deepen their connection to movement. Not Suitable for beginners. We recommend taking 2-3 Intro to pole class before taking this classs.

Climbs, Holds & Basic Inversions L1/L1.5
This class builds the strength and technique needed for safe and confident inversions. You'll refine climbs and explore supine, prone, and neutral holds, plus shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, hand/forearm stands using the pole. Focusing on foundational strength and movement skills, this class paves the way for advanced pole tricks.
Class includes conditioning, targeted pole work, ending with group dance or a cool-down of dynamic stretches.

For students ready to dive deeper into exotic movement, this high beginner to advanced class focuses on sensual flow, grounded transitions, and heels-based pole choreography. Each session builds a routine that blends fluid floorwork, spins, and powerful accents to develop musicality, artistry, and confidence. Heels and knee pads recommended. Come ready to embody your sensual side and move with intention!

In this class, you'll explore mounting and dismounting the aerial ring, along with various hangs, poses, and transitions above and below the bar. Discover fun aerial tricks, poses, and dance flows with the hoop. We'll begin with conditioning exercises, transition into aerial work, and end with cool-down techniques and dynamic stretches.

We recommend heels, socks, leggings for smooth glides + skin protection.
